| |  We re-line friction press plates in sizes from 50mm to 3m in diameter. The grade of friction material we use to re-line will depend on the wear we estimate will occur between mating metal parts. When re-lining press plates, in-keeping with our customers specific requirements, linings are either bonded, riveted or a mixture of the two. | | | | | | | |  From our customers own drawings or pattern we can produce in a variety of grades of material, friction press blocks which meet the specifications of the majority of press manufacturers. The blocks we produce are machined in our own workshop, which easily facilitates the manufacture of a complete set of blocks in just 24 hours.
